I know only one thing. I think, Tyros 3 more friendly in use. But that’s all what I know.

must admit I thought the same initially. I never bothered getting a Tyros 2 as it wasn’t that much of a jump up from my current PSR3000 which is virtually a Tyros 1. However, I attended a preview concert the other night and have to say I was blown away !! and at last the piano sounds like the real thing
sadly I can’t justify spending £3,400 (inc speakers) on a Tyros 3 but it would be one of my first purchases if I came into big money
