		<description>You need a square ended USB cable. The square plug goes in the keyboard, the flat side goes into your PC&#039;s USB port. This cable relays MIDI information between your keyboard and computer.

If you don&#039;t have the software, you&#039;ll have to download a USB/MIDI driver from Yamaha. Instructions here:
