you can try posting her info at your church or in your school or college. Also trying adding it to your YIM status, also start a blog site with her info and rates if any one ever types “piano lessons Pike County, PA & Hudson & Bergen Counties , NJ” on Google it should show not exactly going to get the message around that fast but thats the best i can do for you for free advertising.
