Check out what’s available, and you decide what works best for you.

Please do not buy Japanese goods; their appalling war record speaks for itself, and their pianos are rubbish like their cars and cameras.
it is cheaper to bu a good quality 2nd hand piano than a good / pro quality keyboard
88 keys weighted action if you must

If you’re looking for a decent keyboard to play KEYBOARD music (not piano) than I’d say Yamaha PSR-175 is just fine, it’s quite cheap comparing to other serial nos. of Yamaha and it’s same quality more or less.
If you’re interested on playing piano compositions then go for the Clavinova series by Yamaha, it’s much more expensive but worth it in almost every aspect comparing to a standard keyboard.

coincidence, i just bought one around a month ago for school ( gr 8 music class ) i don’t really kno what weighted keys are but it depends what your getting it for and the average price of a good one is around $129.00-$199.00.
