I’m going to buy a new keyboard soon. The board I’m looking at is the “Yamaha Full-Size Keyboard with 88 Touch-Sensitive Keys and USB Connection – Model: DGX520″. What has been your experience with this board? Do you know someone who has it? What do they think of it? What other board would you recommend if this one *****?

I think if you’re looking for a piano feel, you should go for P-series. I think you could find P-60 for around $500-600 used. Most of DGX series have action that is much different than real piano. Should look for graded hammer action. About USB, you must know what you want to do with that. Most keys with USB can only transmit MIDI data. You can’t transmit sound from your keyboard to berecorded to your computer that way.
