had this looked at once. no problem was found. all I know is my daughters were practicing on it and it was lightening outside and think that could have caused the trouble. not certain, but it never plays and is a very high dollar keyboard too. its over 10yrs old,but probabably only played 5yrs and not constant. was bought brand new.
