No voices can be heard and it cannot be used. It is an old e66 model and I don’t want to scrap it. Could it be the speakers or the amp ?

Probably it’s a dried capacitor or burnt resistor in the amp. If the problem were the speakers nothing would be heard. If your organ has a wooden cover in the back, like many do, you can use a screwdriver to open it and check, visually, the amp. If it uses vacuum tubes you may want to chec everything’s right inside them with a magnifying glass. Luck.
