this summer im getting piano lessons once a week for 2 months. what are they going to teach me? are they going to make me play like ‘mary had a little lamb’ and stuff?

in the beginning they can teach you really wasy things but eventaully you should progress to ahrder stuff. If you know enough on how to read and where the notes are, you can learn music on your own
