I’ve only used headphones. It has a very rich sound that I’d like to still experience to some degree externally but not for stage. This is just for personal use. I’m in a small apartment and money is tight! What do I get? Much appreciation!
OK, do I buy regular speakers? An Amplifier? AI special Yamaha digital audio output device? Seriously…. I am asking a very basic question here because I honestly don’t know how to get external sound from my keyboard. Thanks

try a couple of good quality, but inexpensive car speakers, then gradually add on to them in pairs, until you get the sound you want. then build some small speaker boxes out of plywood and cover with a thin cloth material. that’s all the high end speakers are anyway, speakers mounted in a box covered with cloth.
